Refund Policies for Virtual Web Hosting.
- KxS Inc. offers a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within the first 30
days, you may cancel your account and receive a refund, less any setup and/or overages
fees. (Applies to Virtual Web Hosting Accounts ONLY.)
- KxS Inc. will only accept written cancellations, and must include the account owners name,
login, password and domain name(s).
- KxS Inc. does not refund a partial month, only full prepaid unused months remaining on your
contract.
- KxS Inc. negates all discounts upon cancellation and used months are charged at full price.
Example: Prepaying one year for a Starter Virtual Web would qualify for a 10% discount.
$29.95 x 12 = $359.40 less 10% = $323.46 + $50 setup. This comes to $26.96 per month. If
you cancel before the 6 th month, your account would be charged 6 x $29.95 = 179.70 and
you would receive $323.46 - $179.70 = $143.76 as your refund.
- KxS Inc. does not provide refunds for Domain Name registration or fees.
The $35.00 Park Holder™ fee is Non-Refundable.
Set-up fees and overages fees are Non-Refundable.
